decent hotel stay

chrome cast helpful staff smeary mirror missing towel

my stay featured a tv with chrome cast available. i could play music while getting ready. the staff were helpful and always on hand.

the room wasnt AS clean AS i wanted. there were smeary mirrors and hair in the toilet when i arrived. i Had to ask for towels every single day.

poor cleaning reception staff

the location was fine. it was near many attractions.

The room cleaning was quite poor. I found some hairs in the bathroom. also, the staff did not clean the room when i asked them to do so at reception on the first day. there were also stains on the bathroom mirror and bed.

I experienced an effortless check-in process! Mariana at the reception were really good. She upgraded my room for a reasonable price. She located a room where I could exercise. All my packages were waiting under my name before I checked in. That was very organized!

The room was spacious, and the bathroom had both a tub and a separate shower. I found it very clean. Blackout curtains ensured restful nights! The comfy beds made for perfect sleep.

food excellence helpful choices smiling staff poor lighting disabled room basic rations

the food at the brassiere joel was excellent with many menu items. christina was very helpful with choices. she was always smiling when she came to the table and understood some american humor , i think.

the room was very dark with poor lighting. no light came on upon entry. i felt i would have preferred the non-upgraded room since we had a disabled room with a pull cord.

The staff at the reception was friendly. Amina was especially helpful. She allowed us to check in early since we arrived earlier than expected. I also found the location very central (it is convenient to walk to many attractions). The hotel has a nice spa too.

The pool could be larger. The hotel also lacks a jacuzzi.
